Fast food menus listing how much exercise would be required to work off different items may be another way to help combat obesity. That’s the belief of a couple of US scientists who researched how much people ordered when they knew the amount of brisk walking it would take to work off the particular food choices.
Customers ordering off the normal menu consumed more calories than those who ordered from the menu that included exercise information. The scientists believe such modified menus could help people decide on healthier meals.
