You can choose from many cosmetic items available on the market, but the real question is do you know what is inside them and what you put on your body?

Do you know what cosmetic items are dangerous and what are not? There are many dangerous fixings present in the cosmetics and different healthy skin items. Most of us can’t even pronounce those ingredients on the back of a product.

The ingredients in beauty products are the most important. You need to focus on the worst offenders. Known toxins in products we use every day have been linked to cancer, reproductive issues, and hormone disruption.

Are we really absorbing these toxins? We are talking here about body lotions, shampoos, which we literally rub into our scalp and let the toxins get absorbed into the bloodstream.

If you want to convince this is real, take a clove of garlic and wipe it on the bottom of your foot. In a few minutes you will start to taste the garlic flavor on your tongue. Try this yourself and you will see that the beauty products we use really matter.

The Never list below is a list that includes ingredients present in beauty products you should never buy.

The Never list:

– Animal fats, oils, and musks
– Benzalkonium chloride
– Benzophenone and derivatives
– Bisphenol A (BPA)
– Butoxyethanol
– BHA and BHT
– Coal tar hair dyes and other coal tar ingredients
– 1,4-dioxane
– EDTA
– MEA/DEA/TEA
– Formaldehyde
– Hydroquinone
– Methyl cellosolve
– Methylisothiazolinone and methylchloroisothiazolinone
– Mercury and mercury compounds
– Mineral Oil
– Oxybenzone
– Parabens
– Phthalates
– Polyethylene glycol
– Resorcinol

The USA has banned or restricted only 11 ingredients, while the EU has banned more than 1300 ingredients.

One thing is clear: there is no reason a woman should ever have to use a beauty product that has toxic ingredients in it, especially when there are so many beautiful products out there doing it right.
