  1. Take 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar in a small bowl.
  2. Add 2 tbsp of lemon juice along with 1 tbsp of honey and 1 tsp of cinnamon powder to it.

  4. Add this paste to 1 glass of water. Stir it to get a uniform solution.
