To have a good sleep, try to keep 65 degrees Fahrenheit at your room. According to researchers, keeping your head cool, even tucked under a warm blanket, is important for good sleep.

Moreover, if your body is warmed up before going to sleep in your bedroom where the temperature is lower, it will help you fall asleep because of the slight body temperature drop.

2. Light is important

The exposure to natural light regulates many systems of our body. What activates our body in the morning and calms it down at night is the circadian rhythm.

Morning light can help you activate your brain and get it ready for the tasks throughout the day.

Higher quality sleep can be induced by dimming lights and turning off screens an hour before going to bed. This way you prepare your brain for rest.
