This mask releases stress and reduces swelling from your face. It is easy to prepare and only a few ingredients are required.
There is no need to spend a fortune on expensive masks or spa treatments when there is this simple mask you can make at your home.
Needed ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons of honey
Honey and nutmeg are ingredients that have anti-inflammatory characteristics that reduce swelling and sooth acne scars. Moreover, these ingredients prevent infection. Cinnamon and nutmeg work in correlation to exfoliate the skin and make it smooth and glowing.
How to prepare the mask?
Mix all the ingredients until you get a thick paste. Apply it on your face using circular movements and let it sit for 30 minutes minimum.
Then, rinse your face with lukewarm water and gently scrub in a circular motion to exfoliate your skin. At the end you can apply a moisturizer.
